Is this man a writer, or what? We have a hard time telling here. Ok, so he spent time locked in a room writing. Thats cool. And he appeared on Oprah and got his book on her book of the month club. Thats cool too. Unfortunately though, the names of some of his characters and businesses in -the corrections- reflect the post pop pulp aesthetic. So we give him two thumb-sideways for persuaticness. (yes, its a word...)
